Pre-Event Consultation and Planning Session 1
Pre-Event Consultation:
30 minutes - 1 hour duration
All of our sessions our held via ZOOM or Facetime. We start the planning process for all clients the same way! Our pre-event consultation allows us to get to know you and get a feel for your vision. We go over our services in detail and pinpoint a package that will work for you.

Planning Session 1
45 minutes - 1.5 hours duration
Typically, we meet with our Design & Decor clients at 12 months out, 6 months out and 3 months out at minimum. The intervals may vary based on your needs. Also, more sessions may be needed to get your designs just right.

Planning Session 1 is always the longest! We will present you with several design concepts for your tablescapes. All of our designs are customized based on your vision. We alter our designs throughout the session to fine tune them to your goal aesthetic. We start with tablescapes because they involve the most detail and your guests will be seeing them up close and personal.

We also obtain your vendor information during this session, sketch out a welcome display concept, and schedule your next session.

Planning Session 2
approx. 30 minutes - 45 minutes

At your second planning session we start with any modifications to your tablescapes discussed in session 1. Once those are set, we move onto your aisle and altar designs. We are a huge fan of alternative altar displays. Drapes, pillars, ground arches, broken arches, etc. Typically, we will come up with two designs for your aisle & altar decor. We show you both and adjust from there.
If we haven't already, we will discuss venue tours, and start working on a rough draft of your timeline.

Final Steps
Planning Session 3 and Check In
approx. 30 - 45 minutes duration​

Your third planning session is likely the last one! During your third session we finalize all the little details including your day of timeline. By this point in the planning process, we’ve touched base with all of your vendors and shared your timeline with them.

Final Check-In
approx. 10-15 minutes duration

We will schedule a phone call the week of your wedding to make sure that you feel confident with the plan!

Will we hear from you between sessions?​​

You sure will! We will send you photos, texts, and emails throughout the year leading up to your wedding. As we acquire new inventory or complete customized pieces we will keep you in the loop. ​

Always feel free to text or email us with questions or ideas as they are likely to arise throughout the year. ​

Are we able to meet in person before the big day?

We love to tour venues prior to the final design decisions are made and always encourage our brides/grooms to join us!​

What if I want something that isn't in your inventory?

Ask us! We may be able to acquire whatever the item is for our inventory. Or come up with an alternative from our collection.​​​​
